The current development of Miami’s Island Gardens gives rise to the birth of a diamond, cut at angles that make it wearable for many! The Marina will host a fleet of up to 50 mega-yachts, from as small as 80 feet to over 500 feet. PortMiami has already become the Cruise Capital of the World, servicing over 40 ships and 18 different cruise lines. Now, accessing the same deep water as these cruise ships will be the yachts of the Island Gardens Deep Harbour, the first mega-yacht marina in the United States. As of today there are 4 mega-yachts docked at the marina.

As of the date this article was written, this is what the entrance looks like at Island Gardens
Not a yachter? Island Gardens will also have close to 500 hotel rooms and suites between two hotels...one will be luxury-oriented and one will be trendy, lifestyle-oriented. The project will include over 200,000 square feet of luxury, boutique, and retail space, including 11 restaurants with city and water views.
Do you want to wear a few less carats? Fractional residential units will be available. Owners of a unit will split maintenance costs and avoid the hassles of managing upkeep. The concept is widely used to share ownership of jets and yachts.
Island Gardens, upon completion, will contain a helipad as well. Here are a couple of carats to flash: a helicopter picks you up in Manhattan to take you to your private jet. You arrive in Miami aboard a Gulfstream jet and take another helicopter to Miami’s Island Gardens. You relax at the hotel & spa for a couple of nights and board your chartered yacht for your Bahamas excursion. Will it include dockage in Cuba or the Dominican Republic?

Is your Gulfstream down for maintenance? BLADEone is a service launched in 2015 that is offering the private jet experience for luxury travelers. They offer the purchase of seats aboard private Gulfstream IV jets from Manhattan to Miami. For about $2,250 each way you can purchase a package that includes a seat aboard a private jet to Miami which, by the way, includes a two-night stay in a suite at the five-star Setai Hotel in Miami’s South Beach. This new service is being hailed as the “Uber of the Sky.” Still have a couple of loose ends? Included is a free helicopter transport to get you from Manhattan to your private jet and a Bentley car service to get you to the hotel once you arrive in Miami.
The shape, color and clarity are forming. It’s LivinLux Miami Style!
