Miami Hotel Guests: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to notify us.  Once you notify us, leave your item(s) at your hotel front desk.  We will pick the item(s) up at no cost to you and you will recieve a full refund.

Miami Residents:

If you notify us within 3 business days of the receipt of your package we will schedule a pick-up time and day.  Once we have retrieved your purchased item(s) you will recieve a full refund.  There is no cost to you for us to pick-up your returned items.  That's our promise. 

 

Miami Hotel Guests:

All orders placed by 5pm (17:00) will be delivered to any Miami Hotel that same day between the hours of 6:30pm (18:30) and 9:30pm (21:30).  Orders placed after 5pm (17:00) will be delivered the following day between the hours of 6:30pm (18:30) and 9:30pm (21:30).  

Miami Residents:

If you are not staying in a Miami Hotel your order will be shipped using standard shipping and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please know it will take a few weeks for us to make the Polo and mail it to you.
