Continuum on South Beach has been the original icon and pioneer of high-rise luxury oceanfront living in Miami Beach, since disrupting the industry in 2000 when it opened its doors to overwhelming demand.  For the first time in its 20-year history, after becoming the number one choice of seasonal residence by the nation’s business leaders and well-known personalities, the elite resort-style condominium community is redefining its image, changing its corporate identity and renovating its grounds in order to remain one of the nation’s most desirable residences, among the recent influx of “branded” luxury developments lining the coast of Miami Beach and downtown.  Located on the southern-most tip of the historic “South of Fifth” neighborhood, the property is now opening its doors to the community to unveil why Continuum has remained the crown jewels of South Florida’s luxury lifestyle over the last two decades — and the most valuable condominium home to own.  Continuum is the only condominium residences in the region to maintain more than one home valued at over $4,000 per square foot [ North Tower listings: https://bit.ly/2UIvU5e ] and with the South East’s highest priced Penthouse.

New Corporate Brand Identity and Renovation

Formerly known over the last 19 years as “Continuum on South Beach,” management has decided to recently change the corporate identity of the luxury property to now be simply known as “Continuum.”  Fully established and recognized across the country by global homeowners, Continuum is re-positioning itself as an international property, owned by international residents.  Continuum has gained substantial notoriety in Miami Beach and therefore management considered the removal of ‘South Beach’ from its identity as appropriate for its future corporate image.  A new corporate logo for the property has therefore been created to resemble this new identity.

South Florida’s award-winning architectural design firm, ArquitectonicaGEO, has been appointed to spearhead a multi-million dollar renovation project for the grounds of Continuum, starting over the Spring and anticipated to last between 18 and 24 months.  This is the first renovation undertaken by Continuum since it was built 19 years ago.  ArquitectonicaGEO will redesign the exterior of the property, from the South of Fifth public roadway leading to the entrance of the property, through to the Upper Rotunda situated between the two towers — creating a new concept in outdoor beautification that will feature the latest in local Florida plant life, trees, landscaping and water fixtures to further embellish the pedestrian neighborhood in and around the South Pointe corner.
